Most conversations around access to justice (A2J) are aimed at consumers – the individuals who are in need of legal services but cannot afford to hire a lawyer.
I’ve noticed that A2J rarely, if ever, transcends into the business world. Few law firms are truly geared toward providing services to small businesses and startups that are still in the growth phase.
